CFPB deputy director sues Trump to block Mulvaney from interim leader position
The deputy director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) on Sunday night sued President Trump and Office of Management Budget Director Mick Mulvaney for control of the agency.

Leandra English filed a complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia against Trump and Mulvaney, who the president nominated to be the acting CFPB director.
