Unvaccinated people should expect to catch COVID-19 every 16 months

A new study by the Yale School of Public Health has analyzed data on natural immunity to estimate how often unvaccinated individuals can expect to become reinfected with COVID-19. The study determined that natural immunity is somewhat short, and individuals who are unvaccinated can expect to be reinfected with the coronavirus roughly every 16-17 months.

Nearly 100 rattlesnakes discovered under California home

A reptile rescue group recently discovered more than 90 rattlesnakes under a California woman’s home. Al Wolf of Sonoma County Reptile Rescue removed the snakes with 24-inch tongs before relocating them. Wolf attributed the large number of snakes to the rocky area around the home.

Just-released satellite photos allegedly show Trump's destruction of sensitive sand dunes despite promises to preserve them

Former President Trump’s golf course in northeast Scotland has damaged ecologically sensitive sand dunes, before and after pictures show. In 2006, Trump bought Aberdeenshire land to build "the world's best golf course." A third of the Foveran Links has been partially destroyed on the south side.

Drone will try to rescue three dogs trapped by Spanish volcano

Three emaciated dogs were found stranded on the Spanish island La Palma due to the erupting Cumbre Vieja volcano. Drone operators are dropping bags of food to the dogs to ensure they don't starve. Drone operator Aerocamaras has been given permission by emergency authorities to attempt to rescue the dogs via drone.
