VF senior awards correspondent Rebecca Ford catches up with a standout from the FX series' ensemble, Molly Gordon, who's got a lot going on in the months to come, including the release of her romantic comedy Oh, Hi! next month and shooting her solo directorial debut, Peaked. "I feel lucky that I can create things, because what's so hard with acting is that you have to wait for someone to go, 'Here, you can be creative today,'" Gordon says.
