The red planet is less of a mystery to Earthly viewers thanks to new photographs released by NASA’s Curiosity Mars Rover, revealing a jagged, mountainous terrain. The panorama above captures the view from this point. More pictures show a flat but rocky terrain, set against a backdrop of a large mountain range.
Ten of the fastest-shrinking American cities have been steadily declining for years, many with struggling economies hit by the loss of jobs in manufacturing and other industries such as construction, mining and logging. A new analysis revealed the fastest shrinking metro areas from 2010 to 2020, citing data from the recent census.
Since 2007, nearly two dozen human feet have been found in sneakers completely unattached to bodies on the coasts of the Salish Sea in the U.S. and Canada. One of the more recent discoveries occurred in Everett, Wash., in 2019 when beachgoers discovered a human foot inside a shoe on New Year’s Day.
Doing exercise can help lower blood pressure, but many adults do not get the necessary amounts of exercise that would benefit them.
