The president is likely to continue his victory lap following a four-page summary from Attorney General William Barr on Sunday that said the Mueller report found no proof that the Trump campaign colluded with the Russian government. Barr also said Mueller's findings neither exonerated nor implicated Trump on obstruction of justice.
