Earlier Monday, President Trump's former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, turned himself in to the FBI on Monday after being indicted on 12 counts, including conspiracy against the United States.
It is the first indictment to come from special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.
