Trump: I will deliver State of the Union 'when the shutdown is over'
President Trump said late Wednesday that he would deliver his State of the Union address after the ongoing partial government shutdown is over.
"I will do the Address when the Shutdown is over," he tweeted, adding that he was not looking for an alternative venue for the address.
