Blinken downplays Biden-Putin meeting | By MYCHAEL SCHNELL | | | Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Sunday downplayed the upcoming meeting between President Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin, saying the event “is not going to be a flip-the-light switch moment.”
