REPRIEVE FOR AMERICAN: Former CIA agent convicted in Italy in rendition case will not be extradited

Former CIA agent Sabrina de Sousa, the American CIA agent convicted in absentia in Italy in the abduction and interrogation of a Muslim cleric will not be extradited from Portugal, her attorney told Reuters.
