| How It Works. To drive, download and open Waze. Tap the icon in the bottom right corner to match with riders on your route & offer a ride. To ride, download and open Waze Carpool & request a ride from a driver going your way. |

| Who's in the Carpool. Commuters in your area who use Waze & Waze Carpool to get to and from work or school. Your matches are based on criteria like route, time added to drive, and walking distance (if you're a rider). |

| Payments. Prices are set to reimburse drivers proportionally for gas and other ride-related costs. Payment via GPay is securely handled through the app, so there's no awkwardness of a cash transaction. |
| Up to 5 Wazers Per Ride. Waze Carpool allows up to 5 Wazers (1 driver & 4 riders) to share a ride. After the pick-up and drop-off points are set, other riders can join the carpool along that same route. |
