View in your browser     Judge proposes May 7 start date for Manafort, Gates trial A federal judge has proposed May 7 as the start date for the trial of former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and his associate Richard Gates. Manafort and Gates pleaded not guilty to all charges from special counsel Robert Mueller.  Both have been charged with 12 counts, including conspiracy against the U.S.  U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson is set to hear arguments on the trial date on Nov. 6.
