Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) took a nasty turn Wednesday when the president accused the minority leader of bearing some responsibility for an attack that killed eight people in Manhattan.
A day after the deadliest terrorist attack in New York City since 9/11, Trump singled out Schumer for supporting a federal program to encourage diversity among visa holders.
