View in your browser     Ninth Circuit rejects Trump admin request to allow use of military funds for border wall The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday rejected the Trump administration’s request to temporarily halt a lower court order blocking the diversion of military funds for a U.S.-Mexico border wall.
