I want to remind all comics to please be mindful of your behavior at Black Cat L.E.S. and to respect the venue's policies. We're really lucky to have a space that supports comedy, and it's taken years to build that trust. To keep that relationship strong and protect our shows, please follow these simple but serious guidelines: 🚫 No outside food or drinks — especially hard liquor. Bringing hard liquor into the venue can jeopardize their license to operate, which could end comedy nights altogether. ⚠️ Be respectful to staff, audience members, and fellow comics. This is a creative space, not a battleground. Physical fights or aggressive behavior will result in a permanent ban from both the venue and COTL open mics. No exceptions. 💬 If there's an issue or conflict, come talk to me privately — we'll handle it professionally. We've built something really special together, and I want to keep that going for everyone. Let's make sure we're the kind of comics venues want to host. Don't ruin it. Be funny, be smart, be safe. |
